1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • When you fill in a form on the website (“Contact us”, booking a viewing or test drive, a question about a car): name, phone number, e-mail, message and the car you are interested in.
  • When you subscribe to news or to a price-drop alert: e-mail address and your consent.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser information, used briefly to protect against spam and abuse, and in standard server logs.

3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your request, arrange a viewing and prepare an offer — steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To send news about new cars and price-change alerts — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Website security and operation — legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep data

  • Request data — up to 3 years from the last contact, unless a contract is concluded (then as long as required by law).
  • Subscription data — until you withdraw consent.
  • Server logs — no longer than 90 days.

5. Who receives the data

We do not sell data. If you need leasing or a loan, at your request we pass the necessary data to the chosen financing partner (a bank or leasing company) to prepare an offer and conclude a contract. Apart from that, data may be processed only by our service providers on our behalf: server hosting Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in the European Union) and e-mail service UAB “Interneto vizija” (Lithuania). With your consent — Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics and Google Ads, see section 6). Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address. Car photos are displayed from autoplius.lt servers.

6. Cookies

Data necessary for the website to work (e.g. your cookie choice) is stored in your browser without separate consent.

Only after you click “Accept” do we enable Google Analytics and Google advertising cookies (provider Google Ireland Ltd.). They help us understand how many visitors come to the website, where they come from and which cars they are interested in, and to measure advertising effectiveness and show relevant ads. Legal basis — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Google may also process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Cookies are kept for up to 14 months.

If you click “Decline”, these cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at info@agmotors.lt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).
